Description
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree /Masters in a business-related field with a focus on supply chain,
logistics, or other operational type fields /Agriculture engineering.
3+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution operation
which included automation
A Minimum of 2+ years prior experience managing a team; demonstrated leadership
skills and ability to manage staff
Experience in a B2C or E-Commerce warehouse operation preferred
Extensive experience as a farm manager with hands-on capacity
Working Conditions
Exposure warehousing equipment hazards and varying temperatures in
collection/fulfillment Centers
Flexibility to travel to various collection/fulfillment centers, farmers/vendors locations and corporate office
Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers while performing
the duties of this job
