LOCATION: DodomaSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Level of Education, at least Degree
Experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks like Faw, Howo, Shacman for at least 2-3 years
Good experience as a store keeper/warehouse officer for 2-3years
Should have computer skills
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Inspect & Report for damage or discrepancies, while receiving & retrieving stock
Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels
To ensure material dispatches are regularly communicated or updated to the Customer Service team
Should be comfortable to work outside, if required
To keep a clean & safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Follow quality service standards & comply with procedures and rules
Supervise loading and unloading operations
Check and verify materials in warehouse periodically
Clarify specifications, quantities
Verify good received noted, check physically on materials received in good condition
Follow standard procurement procedures
Allocate cost codes correctly
Maintain well organised secure stores
