ITM Katope, on behalf of our client Glencore/KCC, is seeking experienced Technical Advisors to support critical maintenance operations at the mine. Glencore/KCC is committed to operational excellence, safety, and sustainable mining practices. To strengthen its maintenance capabilities, the mine is engaging seasoned advisors to provide expert guidance, training, and mentorship across key workshop sections.
The appointed advisors will be instrumental in transferring knowledge, building technical skills, and improving efficiency within the Shovels, Trucks, Dozers, and Ancillary Shop Equipment workshops. Leveraging their expertise, they will help optimise equipment performance, reduce downtime, and align operations with Caterpillar and industry best practices.
This engagement is part of a broader strategy to invest in people, enhance technical capacity, and ensure long-term operational sustainability.
