Qualification and Experience
3 years in: Injection moulding plastics processing
Advanced certificate of secondary school
Diploma in Procurement and logistics management, Certificate or Diploma in Material Management
Certificate in Mechanical engineering or any other technical studies
Roles and Responsibilities
To follow up with IT for having a module for MRN (Material receipt note) MRN is receiving the quantity in store then transferring to specific warehouse location.
To MRN the purchase order only if the materials are received with Invoice & waybill. Waybill must be check & stamped by the security.
All MRN with invoices must be recorded in books & handed over to finance only once in a week.
To collect the monthly fixed requirements from various departments for procurement processes.
Issue supplies needed to production floor, reconciliation to happen daily.
Month end stock take report must be circulated for packing, spares etc.
To manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
To analyze and interpret sales figures quarterly and forecast future requirement for planning.
Shelves and racks must be properly stocked, and products do not fall off the shelves.
The signage displaying the name and logo of the store must be installed at the right place and viewable to all.
He/she is responsible for managing the assets of the store.
