Job Summary:We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as a Storekeeper Supervisor. This role entails overseeing inventory management, maintaining storage organization, and ensuring the efficiency of storekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will possess previous storekeeping and management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:1. Supervise all warehouse activities and personnel to ensure smooth operations.2. Conduct daily stock counting, arrangement, and reconciliation to prevent shortages.3. Maintain control of warehouse keys and materials.4. Arrange orders for customers accurately and efficiently.5. Supervise loading operations to ensure compliance with orders.6. Handle offloading of containers.7. Maintain proper warehouse organization.8. Report any stock discrepancies and cooperate in stock auditing.9. Arrange loading for sales customers and IOU transactions.10. Ensure signatures are obtained from relevant personnel upon goods/materials handover.11. Prepare and maintain store documents such as Store Received Voucher (SRV), Delivery Note, Invoice, and Transfer In & Out documents.12. Obtain signatures from responsible staff during stock movement.13. Prepare weekly reports.14. Organize and control stock movement and arrangement in warehouses.15. Develop and implement inventory management systems.16. Train storekeeping staff to ensure proper handling and storage.17. Conduct regular inventory audits.18. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.19. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Stock Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.- Proven experience in storekeeping and inventory management.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.- Honest, accountable, and responsible.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for storekeeping and management, we encourage you to apply for the Storekeeper Supervisor position.
