Description
Purpose of position:
The purpose of the Stock Controller role is to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely control of raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress, and finished goods within a fast-paced FMCG confectionery and sugar manufacturing environment. The role is critical in maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting uninterrupted production, minimising losses, and ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
The Stock Controller will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, reconciling inventory records, identifying variances, and providing reliable stock reports to support operational planning, cost control, and decision-making across production, warehousing, and distribution functions.
