Qualifications/Experience required• Prior senior experience in Project Financing or at least Project reporting, financial planning & analysis, project economics, data analysis or business functions• Prior experience on capital projects in development phase preferred.• Prior experience in maintaining financial models and performing economic analysis, advanced Excel required• Understanding of financial concepts & broad business interest• Demonstrated ability to produce qualitative and structured written reportsto senior audience and to effectively communicate with banks, advisors, consultants and senior management• Fluid communicator with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English• Able to work autonomously, with minimal management oversight with a very high degree of rigorDesire to take responsibility for own area of work and to hold self-accountable to deliver in line with responsibilities• Ability to get along well with others in an international and multi-cultural environment and take a pragmatic approach to problem solving situationsActivitiesPeriodic update of the long-term lender financial model using historical data and forecasts based on various project metrics, calculate and monitor compliance with debt service coverage ratios and coordinate model updates with borrower and lender financial advisors & model auditors.• Conduct ad hoc financial sensitivity /scenario analysis and long-term borrower financial modelling to support financing decisions & the annual budgeting cycle• Timely completion and delivery of internally reviewed and validated Project Reporting to the Lender Consultants and• Coordinate the review of Lender Consultants reporting for factual accuracy and liaise back with the Consultants• Educate stakeholders on reporting requirements with clearly defined roles and expectations between all parties and coordinate collection of underlying reporting data• Attend Project execution update meetings and review internal reporting to be knowledgeable on overall Project status, schedule, risks and mitigations• Manage the engagements with Lender Consultants including contract management, invoice & budget review, planning due diligence reviews and site visits, coordinating Q&A between Lender Consultants & Project, reviewing Lender Consultant due diligence reports for checking factual accuracy etc.• Follow-up the ESAP progress with E&S team and Lenders Consultant to make sure all action plans are closed on a timely manner• Build and update the covenant tracker to make sure EACOP is in line with its contractual obligations with the Lenders• Act as a back-up for other team members when absent.• Support the Project Financing Manager and other Project Finance Team Member through undertaking ad-hoc tasks and activities.
