Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement school policies and procedures to meet educational standards.
Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to address concerns.
Handle student enrollment, admissions, and maintain student records.
Organize the school calendar, class schedules, and extracurricular activities.
Address disciplinary matters and promote a respectful school culture.
Coordinate meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
Collaborate with vendors for procurement of materials and services.
Monitor and manage the school budget, preparing financial reports.
Stay updated with educational trends and policies for continuous improvement.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to prospective students and parents.
Build positive relationships with the community and stakeholders.
