Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Engaging with new clients and maintaining 90% customer retention
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Maintain good customer service and satisfaction with clients
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Level of Education at least Degree
Experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks like Faw, Howo, Shacman for at least 2-3 years
Good experience on sales for 2-3years
Should have computer skills
