QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in trailer sales.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the commercial trailer market.
Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team in Tanzania, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Cultivate relationships with key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
Identify and approach potential clients, including both large enterprises and small- to medium- sized businesses.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to upper management.
