Education: Bachelor’s in marketing, sales, business administration or equivalentProfessional Experience: 5+ Years of experience in selling poultry productsJob industry: PoultryExperience within project: Should be able to sell 60,000 chicks per week Comprehensive understanding of poultry. Ability to build and maintain business relationship with customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thorough knowledge of poultry market and clients Excellent management and leadership skills. Duties and responsibilities Sells the company’s products should be responsible for leading sales teams to reach the sales target assess current team processes and procedures identify opportunities for improvement and implement them maintaining relationships with customers by understanding their needs and anticipating new market opportunities. Implementing new market/sales plans and advertising. Other duties as assigned. Support sales representatives.
