Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Intern to join our team in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. Qualifications:
● Recently graduated within the last two years or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.● Strong passion for sales and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.● Prior internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.● Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.● Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.● Participate in customer visits and sales meetings to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.● Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
