
Description
The Sales Executive is a six (6) month contract, on-site role based in Arusha/Zanzibar. This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by acquiring new merchants, supporting rapid activation, and growing transaction volumes within an assigned territory in line with the country’s commercial objectives.
The role requires a strong focus on pipeline generation, conversion, relationship management, and disciplined CRM usage to ensure predictable and scalable revenue performance. The ideal candidate is target-driven, commercially astute, and skilled at consultative selling within the retail and SME segments.
