Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including artists, labels, and distributors in Tanzania.
Implement sales strategies tailored to the Tanzanian market.
Responsible for advertisement, sales and revenue generation in market.
Establish relationships with top advertisers and agencies across Tanzania.
Managing and growing the already existing Mdundo.com portfolio in Tanzania.
Continuously analyse, develop, execute, and evaluate ads and sales activities.
Qualifications
BCom Marketing, Commerce or similar
Proven experience in business development within the Tanzanian market.
Minimum 5 years experience in selling digital products, sales and pipeline management.
Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
Thorough understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
Established Networks within the Tanzanian advertising and marketing landscape.
Analytical mindset that seeks to understand client needs and challenges.
Passion for African music and the music industry.
