Description
Responsibilities:
Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate services.
Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
Keeping customers informed about new technological products and designs.
Send complete system price offers and quotations for tendering and procurement departments in projects.
Compiling proposals and reports related to technical matters.
Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
Reporting to management about sales made.
Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
Answer all technical inquiries (calls and emails) for all market segments in Tanzania and other countries.
Qualification
A University Degree in Engineering/ Civil Engineering/Architect.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge in construction. Prior experience in finishing works, drywall construction, carpentry is an added advantage.
Ability to operate Computer Aided Design (CAD) software is an added advantage.
