Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. Understand industry-specific trends. Develop and execute assortment planning strategy. Make all assortment planning decisions. Work with sales managers to develop assortment plans. Recommend and execute assortment edits. Analyze the market in terms of our competitors and the prices of spare parts in the market
