Responsibilities Ability to climb and work safely at heights. Ability to for Arial Fiber deployment Assist in the testing of equipment deployed in the pole purposes of fault finding and subsequent rectification. Perform Preventive Maintenance activities including visual and physical examinations on the pole, at building, at home / office, etc. Working in different weather conditions throughout the period, sometime working in during in night, holidays based on the requirement Assist the Engineer/Supervisor in the preparation and input of site reports and photographs onto the company database. Responding to the calls on 24*7 basis especially in O&M & flexibility of working hours Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers. Maintain a professional working attitude with co-workers and customer Strict adherence to HSE/OHS (occupational health & safety) guidelines provided from time to time not limiting to working at height  Knowledge & Experience  Minimum experience of 2 to 3 Years in Fiber deployment works Having minimum education of English writing, understanding, etc
