Profile (Key skills, experience, and education)• University degree in human resources, or related field.• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources field is a must• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills• Mastery with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems• Proven experience administering various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, physical etc.)• Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS• Understanding and knowledge with recruitment marketing and strategies• Ability to scan large volumes of resumes and CVs.• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management• Meticulous attention to detail.• Negotiation skills and market analysis skills • Ability to write reports and keep records.• Work within budget• Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Good time management skills • Highly organized• Critical analytical skills• ProactiveKey Responsibilities:Recruitment • Understand and coordinate with clients to identify recruitment needs.• Source potential candidates using a variety of channels, such as job postings, social media, headhunting and professional networks.• Plan and conduct interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.• Draft job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.• Make evidence-based decisions on offers to candidates, negotiate employment agreements, conduct pre-employment background and reference screenings.• Implement innovative recruiting methods as well as campaigns, job fairs and recruitment events.• Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.• Use a multi-channel approach to recruit.• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position’s requirements.• Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations.• Adhere to personal data privacy regulations.• Forecast clients’ needs by possessing industry-specific knowledge.• Assist in the development and management of internships as part of career development plan.• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates by updating information on job applicants and report on evolution of candidates' files.• Maintain Applicant Tracking System and run reports as requested. • Maintaining rapport with key customers to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.• Proofread all recruitment advertisements for social media and other platforms.• Report daily, weekly and monthly activities to your line manager.• Perform any other duties assigned that are assigned.
