Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant/Receptionist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the recruitment process and will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and candidates.Responsibilities
Main Duties:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
Actively participate in lead generation activities for recruitment services.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Assist with sales presentations and promotional materials.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and inform the sales team.
Receptionist Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
At least three years of verifiable experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
