OBJECTIVE: The Recruitment and Training is responsible for: Creating and implementing suitable and effective training solutions for our clients to educate, enhance their employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. Revenue growth and profitability of the training department by growing new client acquisition and developing a departmental growth plan. Develop and implement a clear action plan for training and recruitment. Profile (Key skills, experience, and education) University degree or diploma in Business studies, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years working experience Negotiation skills and market analysis skills Proficiency in office programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point. Ability to write reports and keep records Work within budget Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Certified training credential is an added advantage Critical thinking skills Proactive Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Understand and coordinate with client to identify recruitment needs. Source potential candidates using a variety of channel, such as job postings, social media, headhunting and professional networks. Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews in collaboration with the HROM. Draft job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements Make evidence-based decisions on offers to candidates, negotiate employment agreements, conduct pre-employment background and reference screening. Implement innovative recruiting methods as well as campaigns, job fairs and recruitment events. Forecast clients’ needs by possessing industry-specific knowledge. Assist in the development and management of internships as part of career development plan. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates by updating information on job applicants and report on evolution of candidates' files. Maintain Applicant Tracking System and run reports as requested. Preparing, completing, and budgeting action plans. Maintaining rapport with key customers to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities. Proofread all recruitment advertisements for social media and other platforms. Collaborate with the Country Manager and other relevant departments to ensure that ITM has a recruitment software that is efficient according to international standard. In collaboration with the Business Development department to develop a clear sales pipeline with elaborate strategies to acquire new recruitment business every month. Report daily, weekly and monthly activities to your line manager. Perform any other duties assigned that are assigned.
