Function• Coordinate and execute assigned projects in accordance with the contract and proposal/terms of reference• Promote and be a champion of the company Quality Mantra – Do it Right the first time and
all the time• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) for operational efficiency Responsibilities Project Officer
• Proactively support the relevant project admin activities• Follow up and ensure that all reports are of good quality and submitted on time• Ensure proper and complete archiving of all project materials• Monitor activity timelines and ensure that they are completed as per project workplanIntegrated Management System Support• Knowledge of Quality systems – a certified Quality Auditor will be an advantage• Ability to set up and manage an IMS system to achieve ISO certification• Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring that the organization’s management system complies with regulatory and statutory requirements.• Enforcing quality policies, procedures, and systems, as well as supporting thedevelopment of quality assurance programs.• Ensure full compliance with conducting client satisfaction surveys on all projects• Ensures that public training and client training are evaluated to meets or exceeds theexpectations• Be the champion of the company’s Quality mantra• Provide ad hoc and regular (monthly, quarterly, annually) reports to the Manager• Other duties as may be assigned.Qualification
• Skills in planning and execution of programmes• Proven skills in project and resources management• Auditing and Inspection skills• Ability to communicate and interact with personnel at all levels of organizations.• University degree and 1 – 2 years of experience in similar position
