Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize property listings on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com to attract guests and maximize bookings.
Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped for guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with property managers and housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Monitor guest feedback and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of complaints.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline property management.
Lead property caretakers, customer service representatives and housekeepers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Generate regular reports on operational performance and offer improvement recommendations.
Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
