REQUIREMENTS Holder of bachelor’s degree, lawyer certificate will be an added advantage At least three years’ experience working as a property supervisor. Excellent knowledge of labor law and property related laws in Tanzania. Exceptional managerial skills and ability to lead a team. Excellent communication skills DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing the day to day property service at the center Overseeing the company assets and all records of information Managing property risk assessments and supervising incident investigations. Responsible for the management of local employee, including employee recruitment, contract signing and contract termination Reviewing existing property service and updating protocols as needed. Ensuring that the company's property service policies comply with federal laws and legislations. Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for property service Responsible for communicating with the local government departments to handle the property-related issues. Responsible for delivering positive and correct property information and services to tenants and handling tenants’ complaints. Fostering a culture of professional and active property services by conducting training sessions. Salary: Gross Salary 550,000TZS
