Profile (Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Experience):
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, human resource or a related field.
Proven experience as an outsourcing manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the labour law of Tanzania.
Experience in attending and handling employee disputes at CMA.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
Experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the outsourcing team and provide training and support as needed.
Ensure that all the outsourced services provided to clients meet company needs and standards.
Manage day-to-day operations, including monitoring vendor performance, tracking service delivery, and resolving issues.
Ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
Work closely with other HR department to ensure outsourced services are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Work closely with the HR department to ensure all outsourced employee’s legal issues are well handled and provide all the needed support.
Monitor outsourcing budgets and expenses to ensure they are in line with business needs.
Provide weekly reports to management on outsourcing activities and performance.
To liaise with the finance department to ensure timely provision of working tools for outsourcing employees.
Handle outsourcing employee’s requests and ensure effective HR service delivery.
Provision of monthly reports on all HR related functions eg. MIS, quarterly reports
VISA AND WORK PERNIT PROCESSES.
Handle all matters relating to provision of work and resident permits for expatriates’ employees.
Assist in preparations of documents required for employees work and resident permits.
Prepare detailed budget of all costs and expenses required for work and resident permits and conduct all the necessary reconciliations.
Conduct electronic filling for work and resident permits.
Work with the consultant to ensure work and resident permits are obtained as soon as they are required.
SALES AND REVENUE GENERATION:
Take full ownership of acquiring new customers and growing revenues for the company.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall financial growth of the organization.
Identify and prioritize target markets and key prospects.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support and guidance.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services and market positioning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
