Requirements:Technical certification or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in manufacturing industries.Proven experience in operating and maintaining production machinery with a focus on electrical systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to electrical components.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.Understanding of safety protocols and guidelines.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the operational needs of the facility.Responsibilities:Machine Operation:
Operate and monitor machinery in the potato Crisps production line.
Actively participate in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks during production.
Electrical Maintenance:
Conduct routine electrical maintenance tasks on production machinery.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal machine performance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure that electrical components and systems are functioning correctly during production.
Quality Control:
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality meets company standards.
Assisting in maintaining product quality standards during production.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Participate in safety training and ensure a safe working environment.
Report any safety hazards or concerns to the coordinator.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance activities.
Document any changes or adjustments made to machinery settings.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with production team members.
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
