Description
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years experience in e-commerce
Prior experience in the Food & Logistics is required
Statistics - Should be conversant with Basic statistical analysis, A/B testing & experiment set up.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and run multiple projects/ experiments to drive insights.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Google sheets.
Roles and responsibilities
Managing stock control and inventory checks.
Having a keen eye on budgets and budgetary changes.
Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring.
Creating and monitoring projects and teams.
Coordinating with logistics team and make sure deliverables are intime.
Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
Supporting the Management or executive team’s vision and process ideals.
Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
