Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, hr, or any other related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for liaising with vendors, consultants and third parties
Support the CEO and management by coordinating meetings and traveling arrangements.
Work closely with the management or subordinate to resolve workers problems or grievances.
Coordinate field and office operations by act as a focal point of communication.
Responsible for preparing and presenting reports as requested in timely manner.
Provides administrative support to the team.
A bookkeeper – preparing and managing budgets and payroll.
Ensure project execution.
Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
Manage and schedule staff.
Assist with other tasks as assigned.
