SKILLS1.At least 5 years of network optimization experience on Huawei or Nokia equipment;2. At least 1 of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network optimization experience;3. Familiar with Huawei or Nokia optimization tools;4. Familiar with Sonar , CEM tools will be prefered;4.Strong communication and teamwork ;RESPONSIBILITIES1. Wireless Network Performance Monitoring, worst cell troubleshooting and KPI improment.2. Design, check, and optimize radio network features and parameters.3. Radio network coverage, capacity, and interference optimization4. DT optimization , User complaint handling & Event assurance5, User experience monitoring and improvment 6. support NPM for Netwok insight
