Developing Multi-Platform Media Strategies: Create and implement cohesive media plans that encompass broadcast, digital media, social media, print, and out-of-home advertising to effectively convey the organization's messages.
Budget Management: Oversee and control the media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different media channels to maximize return on investment.
Content Creation and Coordination: Lead the production of high-quality content, including graphic design, copywriting, and multimedia elements, ensuring alignment with the organization's brand identity and messaging.
Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards throughout the production and printing processes to ensure all media outputs meet organizational expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, public relations, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and integrated media campaigns.
Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of media campaigns, utilizing data to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Adaptation to Market Trends: Stay informed about changing market conditions and emerging media trends to keep the organization's media strategies current and effective.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and the public, to promote a positive image of the organization through strategic media initiatives.
Knowledge & Experience
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field. Advanced certifications from recognized advertising and marketing associations, such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or the International Advertising Association (IAA), can enhance credibility.
Professional Experience: At least three to five years of experience in media production, coordination, or planning, with a proven track record of successful media campaigns.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in media editing, project management, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
