Qualifications
Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
5-7 years of Experience with repairs and maintenance of injection molding machines, molds & utility equipment.
Knowledge of operating injection molding machines.
Knowledge of identifying the product defect and correcting it.
Knowledge of mold, machine & material.
Team oriented
Good communication skill
Responsibilities
Initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance
Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
Track, analyze, and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary.
