Responsibilities1. Vendor Management:Establish and maintain relationships with external IT service providers.Negotiate contracts, ensuring terms align with organizational needs andstandards.2. Contract Adherence:Monitor and enforce adherence to contractual agreements by third-partyvendors.Address any deviations and ensure compliance with service levelagreements.3. Performance Evaluation:Regularly assess the performance of external vendors against predefinedbenchmarks.Implement mechanisms for performance improvement and issue resolution.4. Customer Satisfaction:Act as a liaison between SF Group, its subsidiaries, and third-party serviceproviders.IT Officer - Third Party Services 2Ensure that services meet customer expectations, and resolve anycustomer-related issues.5. Service Optimization:Collaborate with vendors to optimize IT services in terms of cost, efficiency,and quality.Explore opportunities for service enhancements and innovations.6. Collaboration Services Oversight:Manage and oversee collaboration services, such as Microsoft 365, toensure seamless operations.Coordinate with vendors to address any service disruptions and optimizeusage.7. Communication and Reporting:Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders regardingthird-party services.Generate regular reports on vendor performance and key metrics.8. Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party IT services.Develop contingency plans for potential service disruptions.9. Budget Management:Collaborate with finance to manage budgets related to third-party ITservices.Ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money in vendor relationships.
