Responsibilities1. ERP Support:Provide day-to-day support for ERP users, addressing queries, issues, andconcerns.Collaborate with end-users to understand business processes and systemrequirements.2. Issue Resolution:Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related problems promptly and effectively.Document issues, resolutions, and communicate fixes to end-users.3. Customization and System Improvement:Identify opportunities for system customization and improvements.Independently implement system modifications to enhance functionality.4. Vendor Communication:Act as the primary contact point for communication with the ERP vendor.Relay support issues, seek guidance, and facilitate resolutions whenneeded.5. User Training:IT Officer - ERP 2Conduct training sessions for ERP users to enhance system proficiency.Develop training materials and documentation for end-users.6. System Upgrades:Coordinate with the ERP vendor for system upgrades and enhancements.Test new features and functionalities before implementation.7. Data Management:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system.Implement data migration and cleansing processes as needed.8. Security and Access Control:Implement and enforce security measures within the ERP system.Manage user access and permissions based on organizational needs.9. Continuous Learning:Stay abreast of ERP industry trends, best practices, and new features.Proactively seek opportunities for professional development.
