Roles Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
Document support interactions, solutions, and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and prioritize their IT needs.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and efficient solutions.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware components, software applications, and operating systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and hardware maintenance.
Monitor hardware and software inventory for clients and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
