Proficiency in the usage of computers, mobile devices, software and applications like Access, Excel, Word, SharePoint..., Cloud-based solutions and services, IST management and monitoring tools. Required
Knowledge of Geographical Information Systems tools Preferred.
Proficiency in ICT infrastructure and database management Required
Ability to organize and manage priorities, rigorous. Required

Responsibilities
The Data Assistant will be responsible for the following:
Collect, compile, organize, reference and update information – physical and digital information –, entering it into spreadsheets and databases.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control of data deliverables and integration into EACOP tools and applications. Ensure compliancy of datasets with operations, projects and EACOP Standards.
Perform monitoring and analysis of the data, issue reports on daily, weekly, monthly, according to the needs.
Preserve, scan and file appropriately upon requirement all hard copies of related documents.
Archive and maintain datasets.• Assistance to users (providing up to date templates, support, exports etc.) on data and tool.
