Responsibilities
Vendor relationship management
Monitoring the performance of ERP, ISP, and communication services
Contract review and renewals
Assess the compatibility of third-party services with the organization’s existing IT infrastructure.
Troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to achieve favorable agreements for the organization.
To provide technical support to end users and internal teams encountering issues with third-party services.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in third-party services.
Collaborate with the management to identify opportunities for optimizing third-party service usage and costs.
Ensure that third-party services adhere to data protection and privacy regulations.
