Description

QualificationMaster’s Degree in HRM or business-related field Must be a registered member of IHRM with a valid Practicing Certificate, CHRP certification (at least level 2) 10 years of work experience with the last 2 years being in HR Management in a busy working environment. Must have strong HR Process and practice experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Clear understanding of labor laws, Integrity’, Honesty, Commitment to Company goals, Good people management and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical and organizational skills, Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, including the ability to conceptualize issues, develop options, write, and present reports to a high standard for various audiences, High level of computer and data entry knowledge including basic Microsoft Office,Problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Roles HR Partnering: lead and support other departments by interpreting and implementing the Employment Act, human resource policies, procedures, rules, and regulations and Advising on Succession Management and Human Resource Planning, Recruitment: Providing guidance in matters related to human resource planning, recruitment, selection, placement, induction, appointments, promotions, and confirmation of staff and Coordinating the HR team to have employment contracts, job requirements and job descriptions available for all positions, Salaries/Payroll: Overseeing payroll administration and management of staff medical insurance among other Compensation and benefits management strategies. Management of Joiners and Leavers: Determining HR requirements and career planning, coordinating performance management and staff welfare while Overseeing maintenance of staff records, Leave Management: Overseeing and keeping tables staff leave plans, sick leave and Time Management among other forms of absence management, Employee Relations: Handling employee relations by managing all aspects of the family-friendly processes including maternity, paternity, adoption, and unpaid leave as well as overseeing the re-integration on return from leave, coordinating a whole range of employee relation issues as such disciplinary cases when they arise and managing dismissal, grievances, and redundancy
