Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate disputes and foster a positive workplace culture.
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee the performance appraisal process.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Ensure company policies comply with labor laws.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices.
Assist in payroll administration
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 - 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
