IFS Head of Operations, with the support of the Country Manager, is responsible for the overall management and growth of IFS in DRC (Kinshasa and Lubumbashi). This includes driving business development, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and delivering high-quality customer service. The Manager will ensure profitability, effective risk management, and alignment with the Holding and hierarchy strategic objectives within the DRC market.
