The Head of Human Resources (HR) will serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with executives and line managers to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and a high-performance culture. This role will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, optimizing workforce planning, and fostering employee engagement to build a world-class HR function within the company The Head of HR is expected to support all HR relation matters across company Operation group spreading in 8 countries across Africa, she/he will be working with local team to ensure all HR related matters are addressed promptly including compliance with specific labour law on each specific it country.
