Diploma/Degree in related field5. 3 years relevant experience6. Computer literatePRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. To manage turnaround to ensure revenue targets per month are met.2. Journey planning – i.e. fuel allocation and control, mileage and any other cost3. Supervise and expedition of loading, movement and offloading of trucks within settargets/standards4. Allocation of trucks to clients5. In charge of HSSE and ensuring all drivers are complying.6. Tracking of trucks locations by GPS system and mobile phone.7. Monitoring/Supervising driver performance on the road.8. Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers, e.g. 500kms travel perday, speed limits, authorized parking and starts and stop times.9. Co-coordinating and responding to emergency situations from drivers on the road.10. Liaising with drivers, workshops personnel and management on truck availability andreliability11. Developing and presenting accurate daily to customers and management reports.12. Perform any other duties as delegated by superior.
