QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education: University Degree in any of the following fields: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), BA in accounting, BBA from recognized school and any other related field. Master's degree is an added advantage. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a finance/accounting role. A CPA certification is a must. Experience within project: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a finance/accounting role. Excellent practical knowledge of financial accounting and of reporting. Experience with data analysis and commenting on variances between actual and budgeted expenditures.  Excellent understanding of the reporting requirements of senior managers plus ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial staff. Knowledge of office management processes. Proficiency in spoken and written English.  Strong ICT skills especially Microsoft Office applications. Experience in using QuickBooks for at least three years is a must. Presentation skills pro-active, dynamic, honest, discreet, flexible and courteous Duties and Responsibilities  Analyze revenues, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately every month. Directly liaison with HQ for cash flow, process improvements, and financial statements Generation of financial reports that display the company's profits, equity, cash flow, profit, and loss summaries. Ensure that all budgets are utilized according to the approved budget document. Coordinate internal audits for the different projects and prepare books of accounts. Ensure timely and correct payment of all government taxes, statutory deductions, salaries, and staff benefits. Conduct monthly reconciliations of all ITM Tanzania accounts to ensure their accuracy and uploading them on QuickBooks Examining and paying of expenses submitted by ITM Tanzania Staff Analysing data collected to determine the state of the company's financial status. Ensure that accurate reports are in place to enable a thorough understanding of the current position and support planning and decision-making. Maintaining an orderly accounting and expenses filing system Support fixed assets documentation, inventory, and reporting. Any other duty assigned by the Country Manager
