Responsible for creating original text and video content
Knowledge in up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts. Manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner. Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance. Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. Understand the design needs of the company.
Channels:
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube,
Adapting content to suit different channels. oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, communications, marketing, or a relevant field required. 1-3 years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. Experience using various analytics software. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
