Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
At least one year of experience in the same role is an added advantage.
Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.[KM1]
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Knowledge in Graphics Design is essential.
Key responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and visibility on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Create and curate engaging and relevant content (including text, image, and video) for social media posts and company blog.
Schedule and post content on social media platforms while ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
Monitor social media channels for audience engagement, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct market research and analyze social media trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design graphics and visual assets (including images, infographics, banners, etc.) for use in social media posts, website, and other digital marketing materials.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to support campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring content accuracy and freshness.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
