ITM KATOPE is hiring on behalf of our client.
We are seeking dedicated and technically proficient Customer Support Technicians to support users of the Fionet Primary Healthcare Platform in selected African countries where the platform is deployed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring effective use of the platform’s mobile (Android) and web-based applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for user support.
Applicants must reside in one of the listed countries and may be required to travel occasionally to other countries to provide support.
