LOCATION: DodomaSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Level of Education at least Degree.
Experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks like Faw, Howo, Shacman is an added advantage.
Experience as a cashier.
Experience on Finance and accounts is an added advantage.
Should have computer skills.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
Issue receipts, refunds or change.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
Maintain good customer service and satisfaction with clients.
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Proper knowledge of the system used.
