
Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industryknowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
Persuade clients sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis
Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement
Search the labour market and identify potential clients
Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure high standards of service
Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
Prepare monthly business reports as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, business administration, Human Resources or any related field
Candidate must be from an HR Agency minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
Previous experience in providing service in an Office Setting
