Requirements:
2-4 years experience in e-commerce
Prior experience in the Food & Logistics category will be an advantage.
Should be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing business environment.
Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset.
Project management – ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Problem solving skills in constrained environments.
Communicate clearly and with precision, both in writing and in person.
Responsibilities
Onboard the new Restaurant
Manage and own Restaurant relationships end to end for Company in the city.
Responsible to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of B2C restaurant.
Drive and execute strategy to establish long term category focus for the company.
Lead the sales and Account Management teams to drive efficiency, quality and achieve targets.
Steer conversations with restaurant on commissions and promotional discounts.
Build a team that embodies company’s values; ensuring consistent learning and growth.
