RequirementsEducation: Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.Professional Experience: Minimum 3 year experience within an Accounting Department.Experience within project: Registered by NBAA and knowledge of SAP or similar ERP, Microsoft office. Prior experience in an "Big Four" audit firm. Organisational, team spirit and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years experience within an accounting department. Languages: Excellent level in English (spoken & written).Service Dimension: Based in Dar-es-Salaam + missions in Uganda and Tanzania.Report to: Chief AccountantDuties and Responsibilities
Manage the corresponding analytical structure related to assets.
Register and assign movable assets in Workday.
Settle costs/expenses from Projects to WIP / Fixed Assets.
Follow up issues in Workday related to Fixed Assets.
Ensure all movable assets are properly Identified and tagged.
Perform the annual Assets inventory.
At the end or the Construction phase.
Manage the depreciation or assets.
Manage the stock inventory in ERP.
Assist the Chief Accountant during external audits (statutory and financial, fiscal, shareholders, national authorities).
Sign the income returns and financial statements of the company's Tanzanian branch as a NBAA registered accountant.
Participate at the Implementation of the company's ERP.
