Job Summary:We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to manage and organize company files and documentation. The role is focused on ensuring that all records are properly stored, accessible, and maintained in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up to date. Handle document scanning, sorting, and filing, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and technical documents. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for management. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and employee records. Provide support in archiving and retrieval of files for audits or legal purposes. Assist with the coordination of document approvals and signatures. Prepare and update various office documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in filing, documentation management, or administrative support. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Knowledge of record-keeping systems and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
