Position summary
He will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Business.
He will sign and actively promote and enforce the code of conduct which is in place.
He will be responsible to maintain confidentiality regarding all information available for the function.
Responsibilities
Supervising clerical staff and other employees.
Design work schedules and organizing employee training.
Provide customer support, answer inquiries, and resolve problems.
Ensure the work facility is safe, free of security issues and in compliance with all government regulations.
Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary business supplies.
Maintain a good working relationship with executives and other managers.
Design and implement procedures to improve profitability.
Overseeing daily business operations.
Creating and managing budgets and to analyse accounting and financial data.
Assist human resources management in interview, hiring, train, empower, coach, counsel, performance, and salary review, resolve conflicts, discipline and terminates as appropriate.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and management or any related field.
Strong leadership skills and good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
At lest 1 or 2 years of experience in business development manager, mid-level manager or relevant role supported by a keen understanding of business management and process.
Basic computer skills
Ability to analyse company procedures to make improvements and ability to create work schedule and budgets.
Time management
Fluent in speaking and writing English and Kiswahili
Excellent communication skills
Driver’s license.
Salary: TZS 600,000 Industry: Automotive Industry
